A dry red wine made of 100% Zinfandel grapes organically grown near the winery. Aged for 12 months in 400-liter Hungarian oak barrels. 524 unfiltered bottles. The wine has a dark, Bordeaux color, and a red cherry, raspberry and balsamic aroma. Fruity, with a plum jam taste and refreshing acidity. It has a soft, round and lingering taste.
